By Jay Hunter – 31 years ago today, Return of the Living Dead was released in cinemas. Directed by Dan O’Bannon, the movie would go on to be a cult-classic with horror fans, delivering a great blend of horror, comedy and special effects. The movie starring Clu Gulager, James Karen and Don Calfa followed two bumbling employees at a medical supply warehouse, who accidentally release a deadly gas into the air, when the vapours cause the dead to raise again, the surrounding area must deal with the subsequent and deadly mistake.
